This is us! Calito and Sophie, the team behind Calito's Popsicles and Calito's Ice Cream Sandwiches. Both bakers, it all began with cookies: making ice cream sandwiches, crafted with our homeade cookies and Vermont made ice cream.

 

A joint love of delicious popsicles inspired us to create our own and provide more varierty to our customers. Sweet but not too sweet, our popsicles are full of flavor, while having a short ingredient list. Made with organic and local fruit, our popsicles are another opportunity to enjoy fruit during Vermont's short summer.
